Talentobe reports | Which reports are available for Talentobe Managers?
In addition to the ability to view assessment results directly from the member’s profile in the Talentobe’s application, Talentobe Managers have the option to download four different reports:

One Pager: a one-page summary report for individual members

Premium Report: a 30+ page report that goes in-depth on each personality dimension, motivation dimension, and professional behaviors, which can be tailored using the Custom Report option

Interview Guide: a short, easy-to-use guide that brings together the behavioral interview questions based on an individual’s results

Collaboration Report: a side-by-side view of two members that includes their strengths, risks, and advice to work best together
